    This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent 24-hour service, a cozy bar area, and reliable wi-fi. The staff once kindly assisted with my elderly parents, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a great stay!

    Location of hotel excellent. Staff excellent and concierge services excellent. We thought concierge services better than generally found in five star hotels.

    Breakfast charges for omelette which is unusual. Typically provided at peer hotels without extra charge

    It was in the heart of Florence with Piazza San Firenze nearby. The breakfast was more than adequate and delicious for mimosas and the staff were top-class. The vibe here was quiet.

    The bathroom I had was a little cramped.

    The people aimed to please the wishes of the guests. They upgraded our room and it was large and had great lavish furnishings with lots of Mirano glass for chandelers and lamps. Everything was perfect and a great place for a honeymoon or to refresh your marriage. The location was at the far end of the listed sites on the map but really well located for seeing the sights from your hotel back toward the train station. Good food nearby and comfortable bed.

    perfect central location for exploring hidden gems and landmarks

    I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from the amazing Piazza della Signoria and only a short stroll to the iconic Ponte Vecchio, making it super easy to soak in Florence's amazing charm and history at every corner, all while enjoying the friendly service from the staff who were so helpful throughout my stay.

    The staff was exceptionally knowedgable and helpful.The hotel is ideally located for sight-seeing in the City. It was important for ut to be able to reach and depart from the City by Automobile with ease and the location of the hotel plus the help of the staff made this ideal. Our room was very nice and was always made up to our standard.

    The dinner we had at the hotel was terrible and overpriced. I would never recommend that anyone have dinner here. Breakfast is very good and the breakfast service is excellent. Never had lunch at the hotel.

    The hotel location is perfect, just behind Palazzo Vechio. The public rooms retain many of the decorations of the former palace. The bedrooms are spacious with beatifully clean bathroom. Above all the staff are freeindly and helpful.

    Perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway

    The staff were so accommodating, even changing our reservation without any drama when we needed it. The breakfasts were delicious, served in a beautifully ornate dining room, like a scene from a classic Italian film.

    Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's worth every penny.
